FARGO (KFGO) - The state patrol issued 28 citations to drivers for going around road closed gates during the winter storm.
Cpt. Brian Niewind with the patrol's Fargo office says 17 citations were given out in Cass County, nine in Stutsman County and 2 in Kidder County for going around the gates on I-94, which was closed between Fargo and Dickinson.
The fine is $250.
