MANDAN, N.D. (KFGO) - The two people killed in a house explosion north of Mandan have been identified.
The blast destroyed the house and scattered the debris about 100 feet around 12:15 a.m. Wednesday.
The Morton County Sheriff's Department and the State Fire Marshal's office continue to investigate the explosion that killed 60-year-old Clyde Howe and his 58-year-old wife, Elizabeth Howe, and injured her 17-year-old daughter, Elianna Vazquez, who is hospitalized.
Sheriff Kyle Kirchmeier told KFGO News that a propane leak may have been the cause of the blast.
