Additional highways reopen in ND

BISMARCK (KFGO/DOT) - HWY 2 OPEN from Leeds to Grand Forks; HWY 281 OPEN from Canada Border to Carrington; No Travel Advisory remains in Effect

The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) and the North Dakota Highway Patrol have OPENED HWY 2 from Leeds to Grand Forks, and HWY 281 OPENED from Canada Border to Carrington. A No Travel Advisory remains in effect due to blowing and drifting snow creating near zero visibility and hazardous driving conditions.

Motorists should be aware the following advisories are still in effect:

· HWY 52 CLOSED from Portal to Brooks Junction, and from Minot to Carrington

· I-94 CLOSED from Dickinson to Fargo, except Bismarck/Mandan Metro

· HWY 2 CLOSED from Minot to Leeds
