BARNESVILLE, MN (KFGO) - It was a busy day for State troopers in west-central Minnesota Thurs. State Patrol Sgt. Jesse Grabow says troopers responded about 40 reports of vehicles off the road. He says it least 20 crash reports were taken.
Grabow says ice blowing across I-94 was the issue, with many drivers not anticipating the slippery conditions and driving too fast. The worst stretches of freeway were between Moorhead and Alexandria.
Other crashes took place on Hwy. 10 east of Moorhead on on I-29 north of Fargo.
