Williston names 3 finalists for city administrator position

WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) - Three finalists have been named for Williston's newly created city administrator position.

Officials in May posted the job that will include such duties as overseeing budgets in the western North Dakota oil patch hub. The Williston Herald reports that the city received 23 applications from people in 13 states.

The three finalists will take part in a meet-and-greet session on Aug. 25.

The finalists are Williston Public Works Director David Tuan; Fremont, Nebraska, Planning Director Troy Anderson; and Sister Bay, Wisconsin, Village Administrator Zeke Jackson. Whoever is chosen will start work before the new year.
