Fargo, N.D. (KFGO) - Two teenagers rescued a 3-year-old girl from a Fargo hotel pool after she nearly drowned Saturday night.
Police Sgt. Mike Sanden says the 13-and-14-year-olds saw the child at the bottom of the pool and pulled her out.
The teens said the little girl was blue but started coughing and vomiting once out of the water. The teens then called authorities and found the child's mother.
The mother said she was going to take the child to hospital to be checked out.
Sanden said they girls "did an excellent job".
The incident happened at the Holiday Inn pool around 9 p.m.
