OAKES, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) - Two people from Oakes and two from Valley City face a total of 28 charges, including 24 felonies, stemming from their arrests related to the production and use of methamphetamine.
40 year-old Keith Emerson, 39 year-old Mae Baddgor, 28 year-old Beth Danielle Gonzales and 31 year-old Benjerman Russell Klimpel were arrested at an Oakes residence on the evening of February 18.
They face counts including possession and manufacturing of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, in addition to endangerment to a child. A child was in the residence at the time of the arrests.
All four are being held in the Barnes County jail in Valley City. Emerson's bond has been set at $25,000, while the other three have had bonds set at $10,000.
