GRAND FORKS, ND (KFGO) - Grand Forks police are looking for a man after an assault and the theft of a phone. Police say it started with a disturbance inside IHOP Restaurant.
They're looking for a black man, between 21 and 26 years-old. He was wearing a green jacket and jeans at the time of the assault.
The man who was assaulted says he didn't know the other man. The extent of his injuries hasn't been released.
His phone was recovered in the restaurant parking lot.
