Fargo, N.D. (KFGO) - A Fargo woman, who said she was unhappy in her relationship, allegedly tried to kill her husband by putting battery acid in his beer.
Nyabenda Spes has been charged with one count of reckless endangerment.
After authorities were called to her home Wednesday, she confessed to them that she tried to kill her husband by putting battery acid in her beer bottle. She said that she also wanted to kill herself by drinking from the same bottle. She told them she felt it was her only option.
