MOORHEAD (KFGO) - Moohread Public Service has restored power to area's on the east side of Moorhead. Police say it appears a blown transformer was responsible for the outage, reported around 3 a.m. Saturday. Affected area's included the East Ten strip, and neighborhoods to the east of 28th Street North, including the Regal Estates area.
