FARGO (KFGO) - Fargo police are investigating a two vehicle crash early this morning at the I-29, 52nd Avenue South interchange that caused a power outage.
Two cars, exiting the southbound ramp of the interstate to 52nd Avenue collided. One car went off the ramp and took out three power boxes before rolling on its top. The second car came to a stop in the 52nd Avenue median. The crash knocked out power to the nearby Walmart, approximately 80 Cass County Electric customers and street and traffic lights in the area.
One person was treated for a minor head injury. Both are being detained by police for questioning as police determine what happened. At least one person is likely to be arrested for DUI.
