NEW YORK (KFGO) - A company that owns television stations in Fargo, Bismarck and Minot has filed a federal lawsuit against two men for a prank they performed on a TV station in Wisconsin.
Gray Television of Atlanta claims the fake strongman duo "Chop & Steele" defrauded the Eau Claire station by performing "ridiculous bits" and provided false information to viewers.
The company is also asking a federal judge to issue an injunction to stop the men from allegedly selling copyrighted videos without permission.
Gray is seeking unspecified damages to be determined at trial. The company owns or operates about 100 television stations across the country.
