VALLEY CITY, ND (KFGO/NewsDakota) - Vandals were busy over the weekend spray painting the new flood wall.
Vandals spray painted “smoke crack,” “smoke weed everyday”, “inject meth” and a derogatory comment about police.
Anyone with information on those responsible for the vandalism of the flood wall is urged to contact Valley City Police at 701-845-3110.
