GRAND FORKS (KFGO) - Police consider the investigation into reports of a man in a bunny suit inactive.
They have located a van and spoken with its owner and he's not considered a suspect.
Police began to investigate after two children said they were approached by a man dressed as a bunny who asked if they wanted to pet a rabbit that he had in the van.
