Wahpeton, N.D. (KFGO) - Two Wahpeton men were arrested after a package containing drugs was intercepted Tuesday.
According to the SEMCA Drug Task Force, 27-year-old Hector Brito and 27-year-old Christopher Baxter were arrested for possession with intent to distribute approximately 60 grams of cocaine after a package in the mail was intercepted.
The package was addressed to Baxter's residence and when the two men showed up to the post office to retrieve it, they were arrested.
Almost $1,800 in cash, a vehicle and drug paraphernalia were seized following a search warrant.
Both men are in the Richland County Correctional Facility.
SEMCA was assisted by the U.S. Postal Inspection Office.
The case is still being investigated.
