WEST FARGO (KFGO) - A Fargo man is in the Cass County Jail for stealing a cement truck and crashing it into the deck of a home near West Fargo.
Abu Abraham Dukuly, 24, was arrested Sat. morning on charges that include vehicle theft and burglary.
Dukuly was found near the home with the help of a Moorhead police K9, West Fargo police and Cass County deputies.
