MOORHEAD, Minn. (KFGO) - One of two men who pleaded guilty in the theft of more than $400,000 from a Moorhead car dealer will have to spend about four months in jail and pay back the money.
The sentence is part of a plea agreement with Stuart Larson, a former manager at the "Big Lot."
Assistant Clay County Attorney Pam Harris says all but one of 11 charges against Larson were dropped. In exchange, Larson was sentenced to 120 days in jail, up to 20 years of supervised probation and ordered to pay $200,000 in restitution.
Cory Cambronne, another former “Big Lot” employee, pleaded guilty in February. Cambronne was sentenced to 60 days in jail and ordered to pay $100,000 in restitution.
