DEVILS LAKE, ND (KFGO KZZY) - A Devils Lake man convicted of burglarizing Hardees in Devils Lake but found not guilty of setting fire to the restaurant has been released from jail.
Michael Ott was given credit for time served. He worked at the restaurant when the fire broke out in Oct. 2015.
Ott had been in custody since the break-in and fire. He'll be on probation for two years. He's not allowed inside the Devils Lake Hardees during that time.
