St. Paul, MN- Tonights game at CHS field featured what was arguably one of the best games of the season so far in the American Association, unfortunately the Fargo Moorhead Redhawks did not come out on top. Things got started in the bottom of the 2nd inning when St. Paul Saints  2nd baseman Tony Tomas scored off of a wild pitch, making the game 1-0. The Redhawks would quickly respond in the 3rd with Designated Hitter Chris Grayson who would hit a much needed 3 run homer to give the Hawks the lead 3-1. The Saints answered in the same inning also scoring 3 runs giving them the lead 4-3. And in the 4th inning the Redhawks would conclude their scoring for the day with a no-doubt homer off the bat of K.D. Kang scoring himself and Josh Mazzola giving them the lead 5-4. Fast forward to the bottom of the 9th the score is 5-5 and with he game on the line former Redhawk Kes Carter ended the game with a massive walk off homer.

The Redhawks quickly fall 0-1 in this best of 3 series and will look to come back tomorrow at 7. For tomorrows pregame coverage tune in at 7:45PM on 740 the Fan, Jack Michaels has the call.
