FARGO (KFGO) - A Fargo woman arrested for drunken driving was four times over the limit and the Cass County Sheriff's Office says she will face an enhanced charge for having a child in the car.
Amber Douglas, 36, was arrested on county road 17 north of Horace after an erratic driving complaint.
Douglas was stopped along the road when a deputy arrived. The infant was in the back seat of the car and was later turned over to the father.
