(FARGO) - Police say they heard what they believe was a gunshot while responding to a domestic disturbance in north Fargo.
Shortly after 2:30 p.m. Officers were called to 1007 8 Ave. N. Upon arrival officers knocked and a female jumped out of the window and said the male inside had a warrant.
The female had injuries and was transported to Essentia. The extent of her injuries are unknown.
Police entered the residence and came upon a closed, locked door and attempted to enter. Officers then heard what they believed was one single gun shot.
Officers backed out of the residence and established a perimeter. The Red River Valley SWAT team has been activated.
