Motorcyclist killed in crash with accused drunk driver

LARIMORE, N.D. (KFGO) - A Petersburg, North Dakota motorcyclist died after the state patrol said he was struck by a drunken driver. 

The crash happened Monday around 9 p.m. on Grand Forks County Road 4 east of Larimore.

Paul Lilja, 43, of Larimore was eastbound when he turned left into a driveway in front of a motorcycle. The motorcyclist was ejected when his motorcycle hit a ditch and overturned. The driver died at the scene. The 53-year old man's name has not been released. 

Lilja was not hurt but was arrested for DUI.
