BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) - Bismarck Police arrested a man on charges of unlawful use of personal identifying information.
David Willie, 27, of Bismarck, is accused of using a credit card skimmer to obtain credit card information. He then created new cards which he used to purchase large quantities of cigarettes by the carton from grocery stores and gas stations.
Investigators say Willie may have made similar purchases and are asking retailers who made such sales by credit card to contact police.
