FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) One of the two defendants accused of conspiring to kill a Fargo woman and take her infant has pleaded not guilty
The attorney for William Hoehn entered the pleas on behalf of his client to conspiracy to commit murder, kidnapping and giving false information to officers. Hoehn's girlfriend, Brooke Crews, is also charged in the case and is due in court Thursday afternoon.
The two were neighbors of 22-year-old Savanna Greywind. Her newborn was found in their apartment days after she disappeared. Her body was found in the Red River a few days later. The baby is in the custody of her father, Greywind's boyfriend.
