FARGO (KFGO) - There's still no word on the condition of a man wounded in an officer-involved shooting on Hwy. 10 east of Audubon, Minnesota.

Dean Minnerath, 55, of West Fargo, was taken to a Fargo hospital after he was shot by two Becker County deputies following a pursuit last Thurs. night that hit speeds over 95 mph.

When Minnerath's SUV was disabled, he pulled out a rifle, and pointed it at deputies, who then shot him.

Essentia Health says Minnerath is not in its directory and the Becker County Sheriff and the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, which is handling the investigation, are not commenting on Minnerath's condition.

He fled deputies who had responded to a 911 call about someone threatening to kill people. Two deputies are on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
