FARGO (KFGO) - A Moorhead man was cited for distracted driving that caused a four-vehicle pile-up on the I-94 Red River bridge in Fargo around 6 p.m. Thursday.
The state patrol says traffic was slowed on the bridge due to a two vehicle crash. That's when a pickup driven 24-year old Joshua Melvin rear-ended a vehicle starting a chain reaction crash. The vehicle rear-ended was then pushed into another vehicle , which then hit another vehicle. No injuries were reported.
