FARGO (KFGO) - "Big Blue" has arrived in Fargo. It's the latest piece of exercise equipment at the park district-owned Courts Plus Fitness Center.
"Big Blue" has 12 work stations with a climbing rope, rings, a peg board, pull up bar and boxing and kickboxing features. Park District Exec. Dir. Joel Vettel says it's open to members of all ages.
The closed thing to "Big Blue" is in the Twin Cities. Fitness Center Dir. Kevin Boe says racquetball players agreed to give up one of their courts to make room for the equipment.
The equipment cost $24,000.
