MANDAN (KFGO) - North Dakota Tax Commissioner Ryan Rauschenberger has pleaded guilty to drunken driving.
He was arrested late last month by the state patrol in Mandan. His blood-alcohol level (.206) was more than twice the limit for driving. Under a plea agreement, Rauschenberger was given a suspended jail sentence and put on probation for 360 days.
Rauschenberger took a leave of absence and entered alcohol treatment during the 2014 campaign.
