FARGO (KFGO) - Two people have been arrested in connection with an shooting incident at an apartment building 3525 11th St. S. in Fargo shortly after 11 p.m Sunday.
Called to the scene on reports of gunfire, police found multiple bullet holes in an apartment belonging to the tenant, 31-year old Jessica Kristianson, and in the door of an apartment across the hallway. People were inside that apartment, however no one was hurt. Kristianson and 31-year old James Parks of Barnesville barricaded themselves inside. The Red River Regional SWAT team was called in and eventually Parks and Kristianson surrendered.
Kristianson is facing a charge of Obstruction of a Government Function and Parks was arrested for Aggravated Reckless Endangerment and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. Adjacent apartments were evacuated during the incident. Police have not said what led to the gunfire.
