FARGO (KFGO-KVRR) - Brooke Crews, charged with the kidnapping and death of 22-year-old Savanna Greywind of Fargo, is expected to change her plea to guilty.

Crews, 38, of Fargo, originally pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit murder, kidnapping and giving false information to police.  Her attorney has asked for a change of plea hearing.  The hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. Dec. 11 in Cass County District Court.  Public Defender Steve Mottinger said it is an open plea and there is no agreement with the state's attorneys office.

Crews’ boyfriend, 32-year-old William Hoehn, is also charged and has pleaded not guilty.

Greywind was eight months pregnant when she was last seen on August 19.  Greywind’s newborn was found in Crews’ apartment days after her disappearance.  Crews and Hoehn lived in the same apartment building as Greywind. Greywind’s body was later found in the Red River.

Bail is set for each suspect at $2 million cash. They are facing life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Hoehn’s next court date is December 6.
