WEST FARGO (KFGO) - Early next month, West Fargo will change the way residential garbage is collected. The sanitation department will start using automatd side load trash trucks.
Public Works Director Chris Brungardt says starting Sept. 6, the city will be delivering 64 gallon garbage bins to each home. Garbage day and service will remain the same.
All types and volumes of garbage will continue to be collected. The city says if it doesn't fit in the container, set it beside the can, and crews will return to pick it up.
