Thief River Falls (KTRF/KFGO) - The family of a seven-year-old who was struck and killed last Thursday morning waiting for a school bus in Thief River Falls is speaking out about how he died.
Anthony Fellmen's family says the brothers were waiting on the east side of Highway 59 when the north bound bus failed to stop. The bus turned around and headed back, driving south.
