FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A 37-year-old man convicted for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine has been sentenced to serve seven years in prison.
Winterhawk Oldrock, of Fort Totten, is one of five people convicted in the conspiracy to distribute meth in Devils Lake and the Spirit Lake Reservation.
U.S. District Judge Ralph Erickson ordered Oldrock to serve three years of supervised release at the end of his prison term.
U.S. Attorney Christopher Myers says four others previously received sentences ranging from three years to 10 1/2 years for their involvement.
