BISMARCK, ND (KFGO) - The North Dakota Highway Patrol has released surveillance video of two Dakota Access Pipeline protesters being sought for dumping oil on the North Dakota State Capitol in Bismarck.

One video shows two people dressed in black walking through a capitol parking lot.  In another video, taken from inside the capitol, one of the suspects is seen through a doorway spraying oil on the outside of the building.

Lt. Tom Iverson says the vandals struck at around 9:30 pm Monday.  They left a sign that says "you can't drink oil."

Anyone with information is asked to call the North Dakota Highway Patrol at 701-328-2455.
