FARGO (KFGO) -Two people have been charged for pushing over a granite monument outside the Army ROTC office at North Dakota State University last weekend.
Jacob Beardsley of Grand Forks and Erik Karl of Fargo are facing misdemeanor criminal mischief charges in municipal court. The statue weighs about 900 lbs. Beardsley and Karl were developed as suspects after university police conducted several interviews.
Dakota Monument has agreed to place the monument back in place at no cost to the school or ROTC program.
