Fargo, N.D. (KFGO) - Three men were arrested for assault Monday afternoon outside the Cass County Court House.
The Cass County Sheriff's Department says around 1:00 p.m., a deputy witnessed three people assault an individual outside the court house. All three were arrested.
Twenty-nine-year Atan Beganovic, 34-year-old Nurija Beganovic and 36-year-old Izet Beganovic were all charged with simple assault. Izet Beganovic was also charged with carrying a concealed weapon and had a warrant out for his arrest.
Authorities say it appears the assault was retaliatory, stemming from a previous altercation with the victim.
The incident remains under investigation.
