FARGO (KFGO-AM) - The polls are open across North Dakota and Election Day voting is underway. Most polling sites are open until 8 p.m.
Election officials are expecting a relatively busy day. Fargo Precinct 11-01 Inspector Nicole Crutchfield says about 160 people voted in the first half-hour at Olivet Luthean Church.
Voters are choosing North Dakota's next governor and deciding ballot measures that would legalize medical marijuana, raise the tax on tobacco products and guarantee certain rights to crime victims.
