FARGO (KFGO) - A large scale shoplifting ring was busted at a Fargo department store early Black Friday.
Loss prevention staff at Kohls noticed suspicious activity and detained 2 adults and 8 juveniles for police.
18-year old Mykee Brown of Naytahwaush, Minnesota and Mercedes Fabre of Mahnomen, Minnesota were arrested for theft. The juveniles were taken into custody and placed in attendent care.
Police say a large amount of items from the store, valued at over $1,000 was recovered either on the suspects or from a car in Kohls parking lot.
The thefts are believed to have taken place between midnight and 1 a.m.
