FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A task force for downtown Fargo says a significant number of recycling bins are getting filled with regular garbage.
KVRR-TV reports that the color of recycling bin lids may be changed to help people see they're different from trash bins.
Derrick LaPoint of the Planning and Development Department says he hopes a potential change would encourage people to recycle.
The downtown task force meets monthly to talk about issues that affect downtown Fargo.
