WASHINGTON (KFGO) - The company that's building the Dakota Access Pipeline says the project could be completed as early as next week.
In federal court documents, Dakota Access, LLC says the pipeline "will be complete and ready to flow oil" between the week of March 6 and April 1.
A federal judge is hearing arguments today on whether to stop construction on the final section of the pipeline. The Standing Rock and Cheyenne River Sioux Tribes say the pipeline threatens their water supply.
