Fargo, N.D. (KFGO) - The National Weather Service has confirmed two tornadoes in Saturday's storms.
One formed near Cummings and Hillsboro and the other was near Arvilla, N. D. The NWS is compiling damage reports from those storms.
The storms also dropped sizable hail across the region with the biggest, tennis ball sized, reported near Arvilla and Holmes in Grand Forks County. Egg sized hail was reported in Cass County and golf ball sized was seen in Minnesota's Wilkin County.
Fargo and West Fargo received a variety, with sizes varying from marble to half dollar. The storms delayed the F-M RedHawks game and passed over Barnesville's Potato Days but neither of those storms lasted long.
