FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) - Fargo Police have issued an advisory to use extra caution when walking alone after several recent reports of suspicious activity.
Last Thurs., a 15-year old girl was approached by a man inside the Hornbachers store on 32nd Ave. South. He then followed the girl as she walked to her vehicle. He was described as a black man, about 20 to 30 yrs. old, with facial hair and missing lower teeth.
Sunday, police responded to a report of a man following a woman who was walking in the area of 25th Avenue and 25th Street South. As the man got out of his car, the woman confronted him and he fled. The black man, believed to be in his 20's, was driving a silver Toyota without license plates.
