MORTON COUNTY, N.D. (KFGO) - A bizarre twist to the Dakota Access Pipeline protest underway in Morton County, North Dakota.

Youtube video's posted online by "Anonymous Agents" have issued threats against President Obama, North Dakota's Governor, national guard soldiers, law enforcement officers, and both executives and construction workers involved in the pipeline.  The video's were first seen last week.

The FBI is involved in the investigation.  Special Agent Kyle Loven can't comment on if it's the work of the international, "Anonymous" hacking group but he says the loose knit group has been on the FBI's "radar" for some time.

In a chilling, electronically generated voice with a British accent, a man's image, wearing a trademark green "Anonymous/Guy Fawkes mask," told authorities to leave and threatened to harm them if any protesters are injured. The man also threatened to release personal information about those mentioned in the video's. One of the video's claims to have already released information on some employees who work for the company building the pipeline.

Morton County Sheriff Kyle Kirchmeier says threats have been made against law enforcement officers handling the protests and steps had been taken to protect them from such threats but he says it is "concerning.'.
