GRAND FORKS, ND (KFGO) - Petro Serve USA is expanding to the north.
The West Fargo-based convenience store and bulk oil delivery company has purchased the nine Valley Dairy Convenience store locations in Grand Forks-East Grand Forks.
CEO Kent Satrang says customers won't notice many changes. He says the name will remain "Valley Dairy" although pumps may be relabled to Cenex, Tesoro or Exxon.
Petro Serve will have 33 locations in Minnesota and North Dakota with the acquisition of Valley Dairy.
